At Taylor’D Studio, all of our hair extensions are made to order to ensure the highest quality for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Processing time for made-to-order items is approximately 10–14 business days before shipment. If an item is in stock, it will be processed and shipped sooner. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location.
